Adds a scenic two tier viewing area to the top of White Gold Tower.


Details
=======
Of the small handful of 'tower topper' mods out there, none had quite the fell I wanted. Some had
technical problems, some look out of place, and others just looked silly. So I made my own, tailored
to my personal tastes.

Comments and constructive criticism are welcome, but keep in mind that this mod was designed
primarily for my own personal use. Trolls will be reported.

A ini file is included that can be use to toggle butterflys/fireflys and the small fruit garden in
the upper tier.

The ini file can be found under ...\Oblivion\Data\ini\


Install
=======
NOTE: This file is distributed in a BAIN/OBMM ready format, so feel free to use Wrye Bash/OBMM to 
      install if you so choose but DO NOT USE NEXUS MOD MANAGER. I'm not going to restructure the
	  archive and change all my install scripts just to support a program that is still in Beta.

	  For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, fallow these instructions.
	  
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.

2. Copy the content of the "00 Core" folder to your Oblivion\Data\ folder.

3. If you use "Better Imperial City.esp" or "Better Cities IC Green Emperor Way.esp" then copy the
   content of the "10 Better Cities" to your Oblivion\Data\ folder. Choose to overwrite files if
   prompted.
   
   If you use ColourWheels LOD project (Imperial City).esp then copy the content of the
   "11 Cw LOD part 2" to your Oblivion\Data\ folder. Choose to overwrite files if prompted.
   
4. "30 Region Override" folder contains an OPTIONAL plugin that adds a small region around the
   tower top perimeter. Used to change teleporter text from "Teleportation Portal to City Isle" to
   "Teleportation Portal to Imperial Palace Aerie".

5. Adjust your load order with a utility of your choice to look like this:
	- Oblivion.esm
	- Eurly load roder mods like Unoffical Patches
	- IC Palace Topper.esp
	- IC Palace Topper - ***.esp (Technically it should be safe to load these anywhere after
	  "IC Palace Topper.esp" but its best to load them after the mod they patch to keep things
	  orderly)
	- Late lorder mods (better cities, open cities, amy other mod that alters cells 6, 15 and 7, 15
	  in the Tamriel worldspace)
	- IC Palace Topper - Region Override.esp (Exact position depends heavly on you load order. If it
	  doesn't work, then move it down further.)
	- LAST mods (Bashed patch, TWMP_Tamriel_Ingame_ Map.espm...)

	Use BOSS to Adjust your load order.
	
6. Start the launcher, click 'Data Files and place a checkmark beside "IC Palace Topper.esp".

7. Place a check mark next to any "IC Palace Topper - ***.esp" files (if any) you are useing.
	
8. "20 Floor Texture Replacer" folder contains an OPTIONAL replacer for the tower topper floor that
   may look better if you use QTP3 or vanilla textures. This is purely a matter of tastes. If you
   wish to use this then copy the content of the "20 Topper Floor Texture Replacer" to your
   Oblivion\Data\ folder. Choose to overwrite files if prompted.
	
9. It is recommended that you use TES4LODGen (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/15781) to 
   regenerate your LOD so you can see the tower topper from far away.


Uninstall
=========
1. Make sure you are not standing on the White Gold Tower top to avoid falling to your deaths.

2. Start the launcher, click Data Files and uncheck "IC Palace Topper.esp" and any
   "IC Palace Topper - ***.esp" files.
   
3. Delete "White Gold Top.esp" and any "IC Palace Topper - ***.esp" files, then delete the following
   folder:

Oblivion\Data\Meshes\p71PalaceTopper


Incompatibility
===============
 - Any other mod that adds things to the top of White Gold Tower.
 - Any mod that changes the scale, position or model of the IC Palace tower. I can make compatibility
   patch for these as needed.
 - Mods that make changes to the main quest line, particularly MQ16 (Light the Dragonfires), may
   cause the teleporter in the Elder Council Chamber to lock/unlock when they shouldn't.

 - Removed debug functionality to set all teleporters to inactive state with a singal variable.
 - Teleportes are now set locked when inactive.
 - Now only the teleporter to/from the Elder Councile Chamber is lock during daedra attack.
 - Removed 'Out of order' message box when attempting to use teleporters that are inactive.
 - Added some scalable infrastructure for possible future updates and patches.

 - Teleporter particle effects are now turned off when teleporters are locked.
 - Fine tuned seating locaions to provent clipping with columns.
 - Fixed script for buggy NPC behavior when using teleporters to now only fire for NPCs. Fixes issue
   with All Natural weather insta-change when player uses teleporters.
 - Included a new optional sub-package containing a texture replacer for tower topper floor. Looks
   best if using QTP3 or vanilla textures.
 - Removed the "download with manager" button from Nexus file page. I'm not going to restructure the
   archive and change all my install scripts just to support a program that is still in Beta.
